| 1. Shortlisting Merit-Based List > Candidates are often shortlisted based on graded marks, educational qualifications, etc. 2. Written Test > Most positions require a written test that may include technical subjects, general knowledge, English, etc. 3. Interview/Practical Test Candidates who pass the written test are called for an interview or technical/practical test. 4. Document Verification Candidates must submit their educational certificates, identity cards, etc. for verification. 5. Selection and Appointment The final selection list will be released and the candidate will be appointed. 6. Some recruitments may also have walk-in interviews where a written test is not conducted.
